Engaging men to collaborate in building inclusive workplaces
We build inclusive, rewarding and healthier workplace cultures alongside your teams and leaders.
We build inclusive, rewarding and healthier workplace cultures alongside your teams and leaders.
We have a range of projects on offer, each tailored to suit the needs of everyone in your teams.
We understand that building a more equitable & inclusive workplace culture can feel challenging and uncomfortable at times and so we use our expertise, experience and knowledge to facilitate these conversations. Our approach proactively includes those who don’t usually talk about topics like gender, equity, masculinities, power and privilege but are motivated to be part of the conversation.
'One of the best trainings I have been to, and one that makes me proud to work for Amazon‘
We've equipped dozens of businesses with new perspectives and directions. Take a look at our impact report for more details.
VIEW OUR REPORTBen and Rose were incredibly personable and are highly skilled at making people feel extremely comfortable and valued - no mean feat in a room full of people with very divergent levels of privilege, and very divergent experiences of oppression. They encouraged everyone to speak and speak honestly, without ever forcing this upon someone. The time flew by in the best possible way.
During the training the thoughts and the process and getting to grips with what was expected and where it was going gave us a great opportunity to actually learn more about ourselves [...] realising that our role models weren't always the best [...] it made me identify more with the sort of person I was and had to become rather than what my role models had been teaching me.
The sessions are facilitated in ways that have enabled our team to move past their, at times, defensive reactions, to understand their everyday actions from a different perspective. This empowers our team with the tools to make changes in the future, that will steadily impact on key change makers in the organisation
