I remember that we created this safe space where I could talk to these guys about it and I saw the ripple effect of my vulnerability across those other men. [The issue] is about being blind to things that we haven't seen and actually realising that you can change, that vulnerability can be turned into something that's very powerful around cultural change.
It helped me realise that there are ways to be in touch with my emotions and how my actions make other people feel, even those who I don't say anything to but overhear what i say
